We traveled to Waverly last weekend to see my brother Jared, who was home from Iraq on a 2 week leave. He got to meet Isaiah for the first time, and I think Isaiah really enjoyed hanging out with his layed-back uncle. Isaiah just chilled out on Jared's lap as calm as could be. 
While at home, we enjoyed looking at my family's old pictures. I think everyone agrees that Isaiah has my (and Jared's) eyes. We can definitely see some similarities when comparing Jared's baby pictures to Isaiah, but as everyone says, Chris will never be able to deny this little guy because he mostly takes after him.
My Aunts Judy, Dorothy, and Jewell (Mom's sisters) and Uncle Ronnie came up to visit on Saturday to see Jared before he returned to Iraq and to meet Isaiah for the first time. Isaiah got lots of attention from his sweet great aunts. He got plenty from Aunt Lindsay (left in the picture below) and Mawmaw as well. He especially loved when Lindsay talked to him--she gots lots of big smiles. Maybe he knows she's carrying his next cousin :)
